Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of AI Suite: what you may do with it, what it costs, what you own, and when either side can stop. They are written to describe what the software actually does, so that what you agree to and what happens are the same thing.
AI Suite is offered by Deepsoch AI Private Limited, which trades as Deepsoch AI and is the name on your invoices. Every reference to we or us below means that company. Its CIN is U62011MH2025PTC449773 and its GSTIN is 29AALCD7580N1ZQ.
It operates from, and receives post at, 1st Floor, 945, 5th Main Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. That is the place of business its GSTIN attests, and it is where to write to us about anything on this page.
Your account
You need an account to generate anything. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password or passkey to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. One account is one person; if your team needs several, each person gets their own, because the audit trail is only useful if a row names a human being.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and you confirm that you are when you accept these terms. This is not a house rule. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 a child’s personal data may be processed only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and nothing in this console collects it, so the service is not offered to under-eighteens at all. If we find that an account is a child’s we close it and erase it. The Privacy Notice explains what is recorded when you confirm your age, which is your answer and not your date of birth.
Before the console will run anything for you, you have to accept the Privacy Notice. When its wording changes materially you will be asked again rather than treated as having agreed to something you never saw.
What it costs
You buy time, not credits and not tokens. A balance is held in hours, minutes and seconds, and on every page but one it goes down only while a GPU is actually working on something of yours. Four rules follow from that, and the software enforces all four:
- Nothing is held when you press. There is one deduction, once, at the end, taken from the time the run actually took. No pre-authorisation, no reservation.
- A failed run is never charged. If the GPU, the upstream provider or we fail, it costs you nothing, at any length. You did not ask for a failure.
- Never more than the quote. You see an estimate before you press. If the run goes past it you are charged the estimate and we absorb the overrun.
- Queue time is never counted. Waiting is free. The meter starts when a card starts and stops when it stops.
One page is priced differently, and it is not an exception to the four. Music & Song is sold at a fixed price for a song rather than by the second. You are shown that price before you press and it is what a finished song costs, whether the render took forty seconds or nine minutes. The four rules above still hold: nothing is held when you press, a song that fails costs nothing, you are never charged more than the price you were shown, and queueing is free. A song you cancel part-way costs the time it actually used, and never more than the price.
Plans are sold for a period and grant an amount of generation time. A plan may be bought by the month or by the year; a year costs less than twelve months of the same plan and grants twelve times the monthly time. Generation time may also be bought on its own, by the hour, without changing the plan or the period. What a plan grants is shown wherever the plan is shown, the public pricing page included, and is read from the same figure the wallet is credited with, so the two cannot disagree.
Time runs to the end of the period you bought it for, and does not carry past it. While a period is running, a renewal adds its grant to whatever is left rather than replacing it, so nothing is wasted by renewing early. When the period ends, whatever is still unspent ends with it: the balance goes to zero, and that includes hours bought on top of the plan. It is not held for you, and it does not come back when you buy again. Renew before the period ends and you keep what is on the balance.
You are told before a price changes.Notice of a change to a plan’s price, or to what it grants, is given in the console and by email to the address on your account before the change takes effect. Nothing you have already bought is repriced: a change applies from your next renewal, so the period you are in runs to its end on the terms you bought it on. If you would rather not renew on the new price, the way to say so is to not renew.
Refunds and cancellation
We do not refund money for time you have not used. Time is sold for a period, it runs to the end of that period, and neither the time nor its price comes back afterwards. This is the policy in one line, and the rest of this section is what it does and does not cover.
A run that costs nothing is not a refund. Nothing is taken when you press Generate; there is one deduction, when the run finishes. A run that fails, one you stop before a card has picked it up, and one you stop a long way past its estimate all cost nothing, and there is nothing to hand back because nothing was taken. Which endings are free, and what the others come to, is set out with worked examples on the costing page in your account. Those rules are unaffected by anything in this section.
Generation time you have spent is not refundable. Those seconds ran on hardware we operate and paid for whether or not the result was what you wanted. They cannot be returned to us and they cannot be sold to anybody else.
Generation time you have not spent is not refundable either, and it does not survive the period. We reserve the capacity to serve a plan for its period whether or not you use it, so an unused balance is not money we are holding for you. When the period ends the balance goes to zero and no part of the price is returned. Buying a plan or an hour is buying access for that period, not a stored credit.
Nothing here renews on its own. Every plan, every period and every extra hour is a one-off purchase. We hold no standing authority against your card and nothing is charged again unless you buy it, so there is no recurring payment to stop, and no accidental charge for anyone to have to reverse.
Cancelling a plan takes nothing away on the day. It records that you do not intend to buy another period. Your plan, its limits and your balance stay until the period you have paid for ends, and you can undo it at any point before then. Cancelling early does not shorten the period and does not entitle you to any part of the price back.
Where we do refund. None of the above stops us returning money where something went wrong on our side: a payment taken twice, a payment taken for something you never received, or a charge made in error. Write to support@deepsoch.ai quoting the payment reference on your invoice and we will look at it.
Nothing in this section takes away a right the law gives you and does not let a contract remove.
What you make, and who owns it
What you generate is yours. We claim no ownership of your prompts, the files you upload, or anything the console returns to you, and we do not use your work to train models.
Two honest limits on that. Generative models can produce output resembling something that already exists, and nothing here can promise that what comes back is free of somebody else’s rights. Checking that before you publish commercially is yours to do. And a model may return similar output to two different people who asked similar questions, so what you get is yours to use but is not guaranteed to be unique.
What you may not do with it
You may not use this service to make material that is illegal where you or we are; sexual material involving minors, in any form, real or generated; content designed to impersonate a real person in order to deceive; or material intended to harass a specific person. You may not attempt to defeat the content filters, resell access, or drive the service in a way designed to degrade it for other customers.
We may refuse or stop a run that trips those rules and, where the conduct is deliberate or repeated, suspend the account. A run stopped this way is not charged.
What we keep, and what we log
Every run and every refused permission leaves a row in an audit trail, including the ones that failed and the pages somebody could not reach. What that contains, how long it is kept, and how to have it erased is set out in the Privacy Notice. Cookies are listed separately in the Cookie notice.
Availability
This service depends on upstream providers we do not control, and each is watched on its own route so an outage in one does not read as an outage in all. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and there is no uptime commitment unless one has been agreed with you in writing. Where a run fails because something upstream is down, you are not charged for it.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account and data to be erased; the notice explains how and how long that takes. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of the rules above, and where we do we will say which rule and when.
Getting in touch
